Registration process

How to get started, step by step

Whether you were referred by a court or attorney or are reaching out on your own, here is exactly what to expect from first contact to your first session.

Referral or self-enrollment

Services can begin with a referral from an attorney, the court, or DFS — or you can simply contact us directly. Both paths are welcome.

Intake paperwork

You complete intake forms that tell us about your family and the services ordered or requested.

Consents & authorizations

We collect the consents needed to proceed, including authorization to coordinate with the Department of Family Services where applicable.

Orientation

A brief orientation makes sure everyone understands what to expect, the guidelines for sessions, and how documentation works.

Scheduling

We coordinate neutral session times that fit your family — including evenings and weekends for many services.

Sessions

Your visits or therapeutic sessions take place in our safe, welcoming, child-centered space.

Documentation

We keep objective notes and provide court-recognized documentation to the referral source when appropriate.
