Supervised Visitation & Safe Exchange

What happens during a supervised visit?

A trained monitor is present throughout your visit to keep everyone safe and to document the session objectively. Visits take place in our welcoming, child-centered space.

It is a conflict-free way to transfer a child for court-ordered parenting time. Staggered arrivals and departures mean parents never have to interact directly.
We keep objective notes of each session and can provide court-recognized documentation to the court or referral source where appropriate.

Therapeutic Services & Reunification

How is therapeutic supervised visitation different?

In TSV, a licensed therapist actively guides and coaches the visit — not just observing, but helping rebuild healthy parent–child interaction in real time.

No. Reunification is paced to protect the child’s emotional safety. Progress is gradual and therapeutically guided.

Parent–Child Interaction Therapy uses live coaching — the therapist guides you through an earpiece while you and your child play — to strengthen your relationship and improve behavior.

Respite, Fees & Scheduling

Who qualifies for respite care?

Respite care supports foster and kinship caregivers who need a short-term, trusted break. Reach out and we will walk you through the details.

Fees vary by service, session length, and frequency. We provide a clear quote during intake. See our Fees page for the structure.

Yes, for many services. Respite Care and Safe Exchange hours run 7 AM–7 PM on weekdays, with weekends available by appointment.

For Attorneys & Courts

How do attorneys refer a client?

Submit our referral form or call the office. We confirm receipt promptly and begin intake coordination with the parties involved.

Yes. We routinely coordinate with the Department of Family Services, family-law counsel, and the court, and provide court-recognized documentation.
