Respite care is a special name for a short-term break for caregivers. When you look after someone who requires special attention and maximum demands, it’s a 24-hour job. You need a break from time to time to look after your own needs.

Parent-Child Interaction Therapy

PCIT is conducted through “coaching” sessions during which you and your child are in a playroom while the therapist is in an observation room watching you interact with your child through a one-way mirror and live video feed.
